Welcome to the home page of the Submerged Aquatic Vegetation (SAV) Partnership.
The Albemarle-Pamlico National Estuary Program (APNEP) facilitates a Partnership that aims to promote cooperation in monitoring, restorting, and researching along the entire coast of North Carolina and southeastern Virginia. The Partnership held its inaugural meeting during winter 2002, and has been meeting on a quarterly basis since fall 2005. The links in the left column will take you to Partnership theme areas.
